Order Acceptance
By clicking the “PLACE ORDER” button, you confirm your purchase and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Once your order is placed, GlovesGuard will promptly process and dispatch your items. You will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking details for your shipment.
If, for any reason, your order is not accepted or processed by your financial institution, we will notify you by email to keep you informed.
Order Processing & Shipping
At GlovesGuard, we know how important timely delivery is. Here’s how our order processing works:

Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) on business days (Monday–Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday before 12:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the following Monday.

Business Days Only: Shipping time frames apply to business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Late Friday Orders: Orders placed after our Friday cut-off will be processed first thing Monday morning.
Payment Security
Your security is our top priority. All information you provide to GlovesGuard is kept strictly confidential. We do not store your credit card details or payment information on our servers.
To ensure smooth payment processing, please make sure the billing address you provide matches the one your bank has on record.
We currently do not accept money orders or personal checks. If you experience any payment issues, our dedicated support team is available to assist you directly.
Shipping Responsibility

The shipping cost is included in the final product price. Standard delivery is free and typically takes 8–12 business days.

For faster delivery, we also offer expedited shipping at an additional cost.

While we make every effort to deliver on time, please note that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as severe weather, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances).
Rest assured, under normal conditions, your order will arrive within the stated time frame.
Return Policy
At GlovesGuard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product you receive is defective or damaged, you may return it to us. Once we receive and inspect the item:

If the item is confirmed defective, we will issue a full refund and also reimburse your return shipping costs.

If the item is not defective, we will issue a full refund for the product only; however, return shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Refunds are typically processed within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper. This time frame includes:

5–10 business days for the return to reach us,

3–5 business days for inspection and processing, and
-
5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
Exchange Policy
At GlovesGuard, we want you to find the perfect gear for your needs. You may exchange any unused product within 7 days of delivery. The returned item must be in its original, unused condition.
Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly dispatch the replacement item. Please note that all shipping costs for returning the original product and sending the replacement will be the responsibility of the customer.
To start an exchange, simply email us or contact our support team, and one of our representatives will guide you through the process.
