Order Cancellation
1. You have 6 hours to cancel your order after receiving confirmation email/SMS.
2. Reply to the order confirmation email within 6 hours to initiate cancellation.
3. Refund will be processed after receiving your cancellation request.

Refund Timeline
1. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
2. Orders cancelled during processing (after 24 hours) are eligible for 50% refund.

Return Policy

2. Items must be new, unopened, and in original condition.

4. Return shipping costs will be covered if error is on our part.

Exchange Policy
