Refund & Return Policy
GlovesGuard, operated by CRAMPBELL LLC, offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
1. Return Window
Customers in the United States may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving their order.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
2. Return Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by GlovesGuard. A replacement or full refund will be arranged after verification.
Change of Mind:
If you decide you no longer want the item or ordered the wrong size or color, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Lost or Undelivered Items:
If your order does not arrive, please contact us. If the package cannot be located after carrier investigation, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. How to Return
Step 1 – Contact Us:
Email support@glovesguard.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Step 2 – Review:
Our customer service team will review your request within One business Day.
Step 3 – Authorization:
If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Step 4 – Repack:
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Step 5 – Ship:
Send the item using the instructions provided in your return approval email.
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are approved only if the item meets eligibility requirements (unused, undamaged, original packaging).
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@glovesguard.com.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn gloves
- Customized or personalized products
- Final sale or clearance items
Non-returnable items will be clearly marked on their product pages where applicable.
7. Legal Rights
This Return & Refund Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable United States law.
