Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email or SMS is sent to you (the customer). You have 24 hours to cancel the product. Within this time, you must reply to the order confirmation to request cancellation. Once we receive your cancellation request within 24 hours, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued. A refund confirmation email will also be sent to you.

If the order is not canceled within 24 hours, it is automatically accepted, and the order fulfillment process begins.

  Canceling an order during processing time (after 24 hours but before dispatch) will result in a 50% refund only.
  
• 
  Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you still have the option to return the product under our return policy.
  

Return Policy:

• 
  You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
  
• 
  Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
  

If the product received by you is defective or damaged, you must return it to us. Once we receive and inspect it, if it is found defective, we will refund you the complete amount including the shipping charges you paid.

⚠️ We do not provide return labels.

If the returned product is not defective, a full refund will be issued, but the delivery charges for the return will not be reimbursed.

Note: Customized products (e.g., gloves or sets with name prints) cannot be returned.

Refund Timeline:

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, refunds are processed faster. This timeline includes:

  Transit time for the return shipment (5–10 business days)

  Processing time once we receive your return (3–5 business days)
  
• 
  Bank processing time for our refund request (5–10 business days)

Exchange Policy:

• 
  You may exchange any unused product within 7 days of delivery.

  The exchanged product must be unused and in original condition.

  Once we receive the product back, the replacement product will be dispatched.

  Both return and exchange shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
